Pastor Mugo in Dallas Sues People In Kenya To Keep Donation Share!!

Donation row over 10,000 dollars contributed to bond out a Dallas pastor who had spent a month at Haskell Detention Center has taken another turn. According to the law suit filed at Collin County Court in December10, 2010, Revered Pastor John Mugo is now suing a former treasurer of his church on claims that the former secretary to the church was the signatory of the $10,000 that the well-wishers contributed to bond him out. The pastor alleges that he should keep all the money..
The pastor now alleges that it belongs to him even after the case was dismissed.  The lady who is being sued by Pastor Revered Mugo went back to Kenya for good about 6 months ago. The new turn of events seems to be a new chapter on the career of Dallas pastor who is no stranger to jails and the justice system. According to the local Kenyans in the Dallas Metroplex, the new turn of the events has shocked even those who had little sympathy for the self-proclaimed revered. The twist in the story is that the same female being sued by Pastor Mugo, is the same person who invited and hosted the pastor in the United States! The pastor was accommodated by the female defendant until he was able to move out with his friends according to reliable sources.
Although pastor Revered Mugo is suing for 10,000 dollars which was donated by well-wishers to bond him out of Detention, 3 of the local churches have already refunded 1700 dollars each after he harassed the local pastors to get the money back. The pastor is alleging that he has the blessings of his Bishop to go after the money, although the senior leadership of the Anglican Church did not contribute any money to help in his legal troubles when he was in jail. Pastor Mugo practices under the license of The Rt. Rev. John A. Herzog, OSA  who is based in New York. The case is scheduled to go for trial in early summer.

  1. mugo's true colors will show once again. When he was in Ngobias church, he was caught many times with baba ciru stuffing notes in their pants, but the pastor then choose to solve matter internally by hiding the thief. As you can see, a zebra does not change its stripes

  6. Woo How about that. The Best thing to happen in Trinity was Mugo leaving. Everyone thought that Pastor Ngobia was the one on the wrong. The best part is that GOD fights for us when we are false accused. Well now his true colors can be seen. Hope that everyone will now understand and see this guy for he really is. He wants $10K even though he already has $5100. HOW GREEDY CAN ONE GET.

  13. save your time from thinking about this dude, he is wasting our time. Am not going back to st. matthew anymore. I might go back to Trinity or highland park pcea. There is nothing like peace, especially peace of mind. 'beware of wolves in sheeps clothing', the bible says.

  14. even if money came from st mathew or other churches, the point is people gave money for this purpose. Get the man from jail. He should be thankful for that, he eats from the blessing of good members of his church and even those who left they helped him to some degree. He should not be too arrogant about the whole saga. He should stand up and show some leadership and accept that it was a mistake other than been too defensive to a point where he decides to sue. This is what is killing me, not because I hate mugo or anything its the choices he made. What if i mobilize others who have good reason to investgate his money dealings and sue him back. Will that be fair? I guess no. Mugo we love you but now youre getting too far. Slow down brother. You can still make-up for mistakes you have done.

  15. Call a spade a spade. Both mugo and ngobia are spades. They are hooligans. They are no better than thugs misleading God-seeking people. No normal black african leave about a pastor dare call immigration on a fellow african. And no pastor will sue for peoples' donations. God's case is not settled in courts people. What bible do y'all read? These two guys need to be put where they belong: be deported to run for political offices in kenya and if not elected become street thugs.

  16. That is true. A wrong does not make the preceding wrong a right. Ngobia was wrong, Mugo is wrong. They both preach a message of hypocrisy. All sensible and God-seeking Kenyans should do what is right; boycott these so-called 'churches' and look for Heaven-seeking churches. Guys, life is too short. watch out before Jesus comes back and find you wrapped up in mugo-ngobia politics. Believe me He will tell you, 'I DO NOT KNOW YOU!' You cannot harvest oranges from a fig tree!

  20. 1)what I don't get is why mere mortals can stand and through insults to the pastors...." let he without sin cast the 1st stone "...Leave judgment to the Lord for he sees the heart
2)having said that, what I also don't get is....how do you sue over funds that did not come out of your pocket.....ha?? what are the grounds and under what circumstances does what is given freely become sport for who has the best attorneys???
